Returns & Exchanges Policy

Thank you for shopping with AM PURE LEATHERS. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Please Note regarding Refunds:

• Delivery Charges Deduction: In the event of a refund, the original delivery charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

• The cost of the delivery will be deducted from your total refund amount.

• If you received "Free Shipping" on your order, a flat-rate delivery fee of 500 PKR will be deducted from the refund to cover the initial logistics costs.

2. Exchanges

We want to make sure you get the perfect product. We offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, or alternative items of equal value.

• Items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for an exchange

3. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. In these cases, we will waive any delivery deductions and provide a full refund or a free replacement.

How to initiate a return:

1. Email us at ampureleathers@gmail.com with your Order Number.

2. Our team will provide you with the return address and instructions.

3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.
